This is EM EuroAsia
The main objective of this EU financed project is to promote and to foster mutual enrichment and development between the participating Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Asia and Europe through the exchange of people, knowledge and culture and to enhance the personal skills and employability of participating individuals. In this specific project, Gadjah Mada University, Asian Institute of Technology, National University of Laos, Institut de Technologie du Cambodge and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology work together with University of Borås (coordinating University), Chalmers University of Technology, Universidad de Alcalá, Université de Savoie, Politecnico di Torino and Universidade do Minho with an institution based mobility scheme in order to fulfil the above objective. Students, researchers and academic staff from Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Viet Nam have the opportunity to study, do research or teach in Europe for up to 20 months. Europeans have the same opportunities in Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Viet Nam. All in all, 221 individuals will be given the chance to broaden their perspective by studying, teaching or doing research in another part of the world. This we think is a good start for a better tomorrow!
